He carries more than 15 years’ of experience in Business Operations, Microfinance operation, MSME lending & HR management. His key expertise lies in team management, process and cost optimization. He has been associated with various organizations such as Cashpor Micro Credit, Sonata Finance Pvt. Ltd and Muthoot Fincorp Ltd (Microfinance division) as Head HR & Training, Satin Creditcare Network Limited a Capital Trust Limited as AVP Operations.
In his last assignment, he was engaged as VP Operation in Subhlakshmi Finance Pvt. Ltd, a NBFC engaged in the business of MSME financing.
Mr. Sanjeev Srivastava holds a Master’s degree in Rural Development from Govind Ballabh Pant Social Science Institute, Allahabad (affiliated with University of Allahabad) and B.Sc. in Industrial Chemistry.

In his last assignment, he was Head of Accounts & Finance in GRAMOTTHAN Micro Finance Company, a Section – 25 Company engaged in the business of Micro financing.
Mr. Mithilesh holds a Master’s degree in Finance.
