Mr. Sushant Bhattacharji
Chief Operation Officer
He carries more than 10 years of experience in Business Operations & HR. His key expertise is in team management, process and cost optimization. He has been associated with various organizations in sectors such as Finance, Export, Skill Development, Education, Manufacturing, Hospitality in various capacities.
He started his career with Advance Surfactants Ltd in the Business HR team managing a pan India team of 1600+ employees. Post that he joined Flora Hospitality (Dubai based) group setting up their India Business Centre and the offshore development centre. In 2016 he joined Capital Trust Ltd, a Delhi based NBFC engaged in providing MSME loans.
Mr. Sushant holds a degree in foreign trade & management discipline.
Mr. Prabhat Dwivedi
AVP- Retail Business
Prabhat comes with more than 9 years of experience in Business operations, Strategy & Training domains. His key expertise is in team management, professional development training & process. He was associated with various organizations i.e., Finance, Banking & NGOs sector in different roles.
He started his career with a NGO in 2013 in capacity of development professional for SHG model. He moved to Satin CreditCare Network Ltd in the year 2014 and worked in different profiles of Business Operation, Process and Training & Recruitment. In 2017 he joined Axis Bank Ltd. and for the next 5 years worked in Rural Retail Lending domain.
Mr. Prabhat Dwivedi completed his MBA in Rural Development from Govind Ballabh Pant Social Science Institute, Allahabad.
Mr. Amit Kumar Jha
Manager- Operations & Human Resourses
He carries more than 5 years of experience in Operations. His key expertise is in team management, Administration, and Operations. He has been associated with various organizations in sectors such as Finance, Skill Development, Education, in various capacities.
He started his career with Capital Trust Ltd in the Operations team managing a North and Western UP team of 300+ employees. Post that he joined Leap Skills in 2017, a Delhi based Skill development firm engaged in upgrading skills of students.
Mr. Amit holds a Master degree in Finance and Marketing discipline.
Mr. Sanjeet Kumar Pandey
Advisor- Statutory And Compliance
He is a qualified company secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and also a post graduate in commerce and Law from Calcutta University. He has got more than six years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, policy matters, accounting & taxation, and specialising in compliance of Non Banking Finance Company and Listed Company in matters like IPOs, FDIs, ESOPs, Direct Listing, and Preferential Issues.
He was formerly engaged with West Bengal Infrastructure Development Finance Corporation Limited (listed deposit — taking NBFC) operating under “Government of West Bengal and currently associated on the advisory board of NBFC’s, Fintech, Information Technology, Real Estate & Media Companies.
He has also played a key role in Incorporation/ Aquisition and setting up of many Non Banking Finance Companies.
